Our cards are graded with our proprietary Cardcentré system, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Learn more about our grading criteria and scoring on our Grading System page. Each card is carefully handled in a clean, dust-free environment, with strict measures in place to protect your submissions. For secure encapsulation, we use ultrasonic welding to seal your card in its slab, offering long-lasting protection without the use of heat. While in our care, your cards are fully insured for their graded market value, safeguarding them against damage, fire, and theft.
During the research phase, we cross-reference your submission with the card data you provided. If a card cannot be authenticated at this stage, it will be returned to you. Please ensure that all submission details are correctly formatted and spelled, as mismatches may prevent authentication. We will make every effort to notify you of any issues before returning non-authenticated cards. Note that these cards are non-refundable and still subject to processing fees. You can reach us at info@cardcentre.uk. Due to high demand, we’ll only notify you once your card has been dispatched or if there’s an issue with your order. Our current response time is 72 hours, but we’ll do our best to reply to your inquiry as quickly as possible.
We photograph and share graded cards on our social media profiles. If you’d like to be tagged, please provide your social media handles! If you prefer not to have your graded cards featured, simply email us at info@cardcentre.uk with your order reference number.
